It features the same amount of RAM and internal storage as the standard version. However, it has a different specification and features. 

Both tablets are available in Wi-Fi only variant as well as 4G and 5G cellular network variants. The cellular models are significantly expensive when compared with the Wi-Fi models. Some variants feature up to 512GB of internal storage assisted with 8GB of RAM. 

Some models run on 256GB internal memory and 8GB RAM, but without cellular technology.

The Plus variant comes with a super AMOLED 12.4-inch display. You get 1752 x 2800 pixels resolution in S7 Plus. The display quality is impressive as the text looks clear and sharp on the screen. You cannot get a better display on any other Android tablet. That means you will be able to play Quad-HD videos smoothly. You will be able to play 4K videos as well, but your tablet’s resolution is not enough to make the best out of it. The display is still far better than we have seen in tablets.
